【摘要】目的:探讨经尿道良性前列腺增生电切术(TURP)术后护理的重要性。方法:对42例经尿道良性前列腺增生电切术患者护理措施进行分析总结。结果:42例患者中有转,暂时性尿失禁1例,膀胱痉挛10例,其余31例疗效佳。结论:TURP是治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的金标准,具有创伤小、合并症少,效果确切,痛苦轻、恢复快的优点,被临床广泛应用。由于患者缺乏相关知识,护理人员的专业护理和指导显得尤为重要。

Conclusion: TURP is treats the benign prostate gland proliferation sickness (BPH) the golden standard, has the wound to be small, the complications are few, the effect is accurate, the pain light, restores the quick merit, by clinical widespread application.
